Passenger Window Problems

Passenger Window Problems Okay so here's what's going on. The passenger window the back of the window leans inward when the door is open and as a result causes water to leak in. I've tried adjusting it by looking at shbox.com but still getting the same result. If anyone has any ideas or ran into this problem before I'd appreciate ideas or feedback thanks.
