Exclamation 2000 SS Camaro shifting problems

So I just got my SS last week with 96k on it. Transmission wise it has the T-56 and a stage 3 spec clutch. It shifts very hard and third gear I always have to pause before putting it in fast. Tonight I was trying to bang shift it and when I went into third it made a horrific noise so I put the clutch in and popped it in neutral as soon as I could. Now the shifter seems a lot looser and first gear is very touchy to go into. Sometimes it wouldn't engage no matter how hard it was pushed and I would have to launch second gear. When first does go in it almost seems like first gear is in a different location, just slightly over to the right more. When the car is off every gear goes in very easy. Double clutching and pumping the clutch makes no difference. Also off things with the trans is it will make a grinding noise trying to go into first at very low speed and won't go in unless at a dead stop. I just filled the trans with fluid so I doubt that's the issue and the motor on the car is strong. The car was sitting for a long time so I don't know if everything is just very stiff or what. Any suggestions or ideas will help. Thanks!

Well the two easy things you can do is try to bleed the clutch and make sure your shifter did not come loose on the mount. If those two things don't fix it you might need a rebuild.
