Window problems 
Anybody ever have any window problems with this connection? Some people are telling me it's the motor but it seems like it's this connection because when I push it to one side it works but then when it's in the neutral piston it stops working. Now it won't work at all. Just trying to save some money. Thoughts?

It's hard to tell from the pictures you posted, but it looks like your referring to the window regulator arm that runs in the channel attached to the window glass. When you move this arm in the channel towards the front or rear of the door, you are also moving the armature of the window motor which may allow it to start. Almost impossible to tell for sure that's what is happening, but your probably going to replace have the motor.

Yes I do believe you are right. I took it to the shop. They replaced the regulator motor. Cost me a whopping 400$. Then it stopped working again. I took it back to the shop and they determined that it is an electrical short in the rubber boot in between the door and the car and he wants me to bring it back in Monday. Such a hassle. It's a 2001 camaro fbody 3.8l just for clarification.
