Default Header install with engine out

I'm currently ls swapping my 94 and have the engine out of the car. I'm putting Texas Speed longtubes on it. Can I install them to the engine and then put it back in the car with them on? I'm obviously going in from the bottom, the car is on a lift. Tried searching and couldn't find an answer.

As stated above, go ahead and install the headers before putting the engine back in. I recommend installing some poly motor mounts while you are at it.

Thanks for the replys. I've already got poly mounts on the block so good to go there. Hopefully I'll try putting it in this weekend
