Default Need help

I recently pulled the dash out of my 1994 Chevy Camaro and now it wont engage the starter I think I have found the culprit but I dont know what goes there it is on the left side under the steering column​​​

5 speed or auto? I could be wrong but maybe neutral safety switch

The NSS won't be on the steering column, there's never been a column-shifted 4th gen that I'm aware of. I'm thinking that connector may be related to the VATS system that reads the key resistor and enables the starter.

Yeah I figured it was part of the VATS I just dont know what goes into it i cant find any unplugged connectors or anything so im at a loss at what to do
