Default Asr????

I was wondering if you guys can tell me what the ASR button is on a 2002 Camaro. I have a 01 TA but my friend and i were at a dealership lookin and i wasnt sure if that was like traction control or somthing cuz i didnt see a TCS button. Its a 02 z28 if that helps. Thanks

ASR= TC
ASR stands for Accelartion Slip Regulation

indeed it is the new traction control, its kind of irritating at times, but a life saver at others, and it seems much better than the traction control in my friends 02 Mustang GT....

It should Read ASR Right next to the FOG light switch. lots of ppl Dont like it. But i look at it as a good safty feture to have

amen! it is a life saver especially in the rain when you get squirrely or when you have your music up to loud to not hear the tires breaking loose. I can count about 5 times where that ASR system has saved my life. But i take it off when i want to have funn.
