Default 3rd gen wheel question

Ok i have a set of centerline wheels i dont know the make but the center is up so far which makes the lugs really far back. I dont have anyting in my toolbox to get the lugs off if i were to have a flat. Id be fucked. So, i wanted prostars anyway so i guess the time is now. i have front disks and rear drums what sizes do i need etc. The fronts as you know are bearing assembly in the disk so its very thick will the wheels fit over that? What sizes will i need as well as spacers etc?

I have 15x10 5.5bs out back with a 275/60/15 and on the front 15x6 either 3.5 or4.5bs with a 215/65/15 and they dont need spacer or grinding at all.
