Not that much with shorties, maybe in the 10-15 wheel range...maybe a little less? I've heard that the stock manifolds in the later 00-02 (maybe it was 01-02) LS1's were pretty free flowing for what they were. That's why you see most guys jump right to longtubes.

I haven't had my car dynoed, but it felt like a COMPLETELY different car after I did LT's, even when it was untuned. I think the average gain from LT's is around 20 wheel tuned give or take a little. They really woke up my car, which felt like a dog before.

yeah.. only reason i got em is cuz i got a really good deal on them. they're being installed today so i guess they'll have to do till i get lt's
