Towing I'm moving and so need to tow my car. Uhaul's website says that our cars are incompatible with their towing equipment b/c the spoiler interferes with loading and unloading. I assume they mean the chin spoiler. Has anyone towed their car like this before (four wheels off the ground). I would think I could just use some 2x4's to step up. This is how I get my car onto ramps.
Re: Towing We've used the U-haul car haulers a few times... This is the full trailer that gets the car completely off the ground, ie. not a dolly.
It works you might need boards to get the car on.

Re: Towing You will also have to tell them that you are towing a smaller car (I use a 1988 Ford Escort 
) If you tell them that it is for a Camaro, alot of times hey won't rent it to you. But it will fit, I've done it before, and I'll do it again.

Re: Towing Its the chin spoiler. It will sometimes scrape on the back of the trailer when pulling on/off of the ramps because our noses are long and that spoiler is low.
