Conversation Between joelster and Hit em Up

I run Jesel #http://www.jegs.com/i/Jesel/549/KSS-416060/10002/-1 , my pushrods were custom ordered from Trendpushrods.com . They are 3/8ths that taper to 5/16's on the ends, .080" wall chromoly in 7.800" length. They were around $165ish. Awesome company to deal with. You may need longer ones depending on what lifter you run, whether or not your block has been decked, head gasket thickness, etc.

Hey I'd like to no what part number jesel shaft mounts you're running for the afr227? I've been looking at the jesel and t&d haven't made a decision yet.Also what brand 3/8 pushrods are you running? Thanx for the help I'm at the finishing touches of my new combo and wanted some more input other than just my builder.

Hey question for you about the xfi 292 and springs.I'm running a set of nitrated 918s and am having valve float very bad at 6500rpm...6400rpm is perfect but if I push past that it sounds like I'm hitting a rev limiter.AI set up the heads and springs Intake is 1.720,ex1.750 on one head and 1.780,1.813 on other? Do you think I can just reshim these springs or should I just upgrade all together? Thx in advance for any help or suggestions...Steve
