Got all kinds of goodies for the (Isuzu) Amigo (Thread located here with pics https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...ighlight=amigo )but am at a crossroads. On the one hand if I put the 6 speed and spec clutch, pp and aluminum flywheel in it I will keep it a 2wd. On the other I found a 92 Rodeo that is 4wd but by converting it I will have to put a 4l60e or 4l80e with transfer case in to finish converting it to the LS1. Any and all opinions and input are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What are your plans for the vehicle? Street? Drags? Off-Road?

Probably all three. It is actually my ladies vehicle. I believe that I am going to but a 4l80e and transfer case in it. I believe after the motor is in I will see how much room there is for a turbo. 4.56's are going to be awful short for a turbo I from my calculations the 32.5-in. tall tires should offset the gears just fine.

Auto all the way. She's not that quick on the gear shifts, and an auto would be the easier fix for that problem! Oh, and I call dibbs on 3rd drive!
