LY6 into a 94 firebird retaining VVT
first let me say that all of the wiring has been taken care of so no issues with that.
also, the LY6 is the same block as the LQ9 as far as i know.
ok, now for my questions:
I plan on using a M12 GTO 6-speed transmission; what all do I need to know about fitting it to the LY6 and into my Firebird? Are there fitment issues with the m12 and f-bodies?
I plan on using a Billet LS2 flywheel and a LS7 clutch; will this be a problem?
Is the Ram adjustable master cylinder any good? if not, what is?
The LY6 came out of a 3500 series 2007 pickup with 8,000 miles on it; will I have to buy a pilot bearing? Or do auto trannies even utilize a pilot bearing? Bear in mind I'm using a m12 gto 6-speed.
