Default exhaust question for ls1 swap

I am working on putting an exhaust into my 79 trans am which currently has a 400 pontiac in it. In the future i am planning on putting a 5.3 or other lsx into it. The system that i am going to put in is a 2.5 inch dual exhaust that is mandrel bent. When i do the lsx swap i will in all likelyhood have to take the exhaust apart again to put in the o2 sensors also i will need to take it apart to move the x back when I swap in the longer t-56.

What is the best way to put the system in so that I can take it apart at a later date.

the 2.5 inch system should be good enough right?

how much does a t-56 weigh?

would band clamps make the taking apart easier later?

can i weld o2 sensor bungs in at a later date or should i buy collectors that have the bungs in them?

thanks for the help!
