s-10 with 5.3 i have a 1989 s-10 that currently has a 355 and now i am swapping to a 5.3. the truck is gonna be driven and also raced. its gonna have some nitrous on it. but what do yall suggest i should do? on the cheap. mill the heads? i am definately getting them ported and polished. what size cam? its gonna have a turbo 350 with a 3500 stall and a 9 inch with a 4.11 and fuel injection

There is a guy on another forum with a 5.3 s-10. He milled the stock heads like .020" and is running a 228R camshaft. With the truck intake and shorty swap headers it made like 350/380 to the wheels.
