Default Recommendation Needed for What to Delete (or not) in Stand Alone Swap Harness

I'm sorry if this has been answered before but I'm having trouble deciding what to delete in a 5.3 LM7 harness that I'm making into a stand alone for a 69 Camaro 4 speed. First, I've already deleted the evap. switch wiring because I have a LS1 intake that doesn't have the switch. Since the car is a standard, I want to delete all the automatic trans wiring but am afraid something in there may be needed by the PCM even with a standard. Also, what about VSS? I may want to enable cruise control later but not sure what I can get away with deleting. The car has AC that will work fine w/o any PCM connections but???? Hopefully, someone will see this that has done these before and can recommend what to leave and take out. Thanks all...
