Default 2004 gto motor modding help

i have a 2004 gto motor is my notchback mustang.

over winter i want to do heads cam intake and 150shot.

im mainly looking to make as much over 450 n/a as possible without breakin the bank.

my buddy on his z06 spent 3k on heads. plus $ on fast intake and mild cam and only made 420hp on mustang dyno.

i have seen people make near 480hp (unknown what type of dyno) and thats my goal but have no idea on a good combo.

any help would be great. im looking to spend 3k total. less would be best.

dyno numbers mean nothing, track times mean more. you shouldnt have a problem making 450 NA with a good h/c/i setup

im more into trap numbers than et. id like to trap 125 n/a at least. my car is very light so i dont think that will be an issue.

just wanna know whats a good combo out there.

im used to just adding more boost. to get my goals. but i wanna stay away from boosting this car.
