What is the difference between a 2004 GTO intake, fuel rails and injectors and a 2010 camaro intake, fuel rail and injectors

2004 LS1 will have catherdral ports, 2010 camaro will have rectangle LS3 ports.

IIRC the injector connectors are also different as well.

LS2 and LS3 use the same injector connectors. If he's got a LS1, then the connectors need to switch
