Default advice please LM7 Boat

I have thinking about it for years and others on here have motivated me to do it. Kudo's to the two(or more) of you that have done this. I need some help with the harness and ECU. I see there are a few different ways to go. I am looking for a solution that is proven and easy, but with tune-ability for a turbo down the road. I have a good sized CNC mill so I will be making the motor plates, fabbing the headers, misc. parts, etc. The engine will get a turbo as soon as we get it in the boat and make sure it works. Thanks in advance...

Where are you located and what hull are you thinking of dropping it in?

For the harness I stretched it out on the living room floor and went to town. Took about 3 hours.

I have a few different hulls, a Eliminator sprint, or a Hondo Tunnel. I want to have fun this summer. PSI- not much on these small boats are CG approved.

If you want to run it this summer you will need to get cracking. If you are in SE Michigan you are welcome to stop by since I'm in the process of doing the wiring on my Jeep.
