Default 69 chevelle 6 liter resto body off or not?

This car is from AZ (I live in Michigan) I am about to send it in for paint. I need to replace the body mounts due to some dry rot. The question is do I just take the body off and do the frame or go the cheaper route? I'm not worried about show quality but I can get the frame blasted and powder coated for 400. I have 4 miles of gravel road to get to pavement. I think the powder coat would be a great protectant and easier to work on then bedliner. Let me know your thoughts.

Why not use truck bed liner spray? it's made for punishment.

Sounds like POR-15 might be a better round that Powder Coating. Or Chassic paint with Ceramic in it...

powder coating is like plastic paint.. not sure who well it will hold up with the gravel abuse !??

I thought about bedliner but I just roll down the gravel very slow. I am more worried about to take the body off the frame or just paint the frame rails and call it good.
