Don't know if anyone has used it or not, but that's dirt *** cheap.
I spent over $65 on my first one 5 years ago, and bought my WIX one for $33 yesterday.

I have one of these here but have not used it in a car yet so cannot report on it's function. Maybe it is normal, but the input line is very tight and I have had trouble fitting the correct connector into it. The bottom is also stamped "Made in China". For me I wish had spent an extra $18 and got a Wix one.

I bet that is not worth the chinese metal it's made out of. Oreilly's house brand filters are cheap too, but the regulators are notorious for sticking and losing pressure, so if you want to run your car lean and risk screwing it up, then by all means save the 18 extra dollars that the Wix cost and roll the dice.
