Default BMW X5 wiring diagrams??

Where can I locate one? I am hoping someone who has done a LS swap may have found a source to get wiring diagrams. I need a full wiring schematic showing the engine and dash wiring, specifically between the ECM and BCM.

Any insight as to where I can locate this diagram would be greatly appreciated!

This is for a 2005 4.8is BMW X5.

Clearly you didn't bother to click on the links I provided in your previous thread.

I didn't notice that link, oops! I just looked but can't open the diagrams, I need to purchase paint to order them I guess?

When I get time I need to sit down and figure out what wires from the LS engine the BMW bcm will accept.

-bmw gas pedal signal operate ls throttle body
-bmw wheel speed sensor signal operate LS transmission
-bmw shifter operate LS transmission

-LS alternator and ac pump operate BMW truck correctly or should I plan on bolting BMW alt. and ac onto LS motor
-LS trans shift using engine load and rpm, or does it need a speed signal

Basically I need to investigate how plug and play this may be. Both the 2010 LS engine/trans and BMW are newer can us systems. I'm hoping the throttle and speed sensor signals are the same and that the signal from the LS sensors can operate the BMW gauges.

You are hoping for way too much. On a BMW, the gas pedal signal doesn't go straight to the throttle body. The EGS, DME, and DSC can all send requests to the throttle body over the CAN and the DME ultimately decides how much throttle.

That is the same way the ls works. I know they are both 5 volt throttle body systems, maybe they will work? I will have to run the gas pedal control wiring into the ls ecm.

If there is a will there is a way...

Did you find an X5 without an engine or bad engine?

Nope, I bought a perfectly good running one. I found the perfect one I wanted and scooped it up from the south, I really lucked out, the truck is mint! Perfect for thrashing on!
