Default 5.3L Vortec into an 86 Chevy K10

I'm gathering parts to put an '03 5.3L vortec and 4L60E transmission into my '86 Chevy K10 pickup. I'm looking for some advice from anyone that could steer me in the right direction.

Here's what I have as of now:
86 Chevy k10 shortbox - keeping NP208 transfer case
'03 5.3L Vortec Flex Fuel Engine from a 2003 Tahoe - Drive by wire (DBW)
'03 4L60E transmission from the same 2003 Tahoe.
Alternator, PS Pump, Airbox, and Coolant res. from the 2003 Tahoe.

What I'm planning to buy:
Drive by cable Throttle body from a salvage yard to convert away from DBW
Injectors and fuel rail from salvage yard to convert away from flex fuel.
Painless Performance PN 60217 Fuel Injection Harness
Griffin Radiator PN 8-70013-LS with Griffin Fan Kit 8-10000
PCM PN 12200411 flashed with my truck's specs.
Fuel Pump to get correct pressure - haven't figured out what I need yet.
Dakota Digital VHX-73C-PU analog/digital instrument panel

Is there anything else that I need to do to get away from the flex fuel, or will the rail and injectors do it?

How about the cable operated throttle body? I'm assuming the transmission will kick down from an output from the PCM. Am I correct?

I'd like to put headers on - does anyone have a source for some lower cost headers that would work with little to no modifications?

THANKS!!!

Chuck
