GM crate engine ls 3 525 hp looking to buy a new GM LS crate engine for a 55 chevy with a art Morrison frame . I like the new 525 hp ls 3 any one used this engine yet and if so how do you like it .

I haven't, but I think anything with 525hp will perform nicely

Ok thanks , the LS 7 shows 505 hp and this engine makes 525 . I know that forged internals on the ls 7 is nice but bang for the buck looks like a nice set up . I just didin't want to put a engine in this car that did not have a hotrod sound .
