the LS1 rear brakes are an upgrade their bigger and the rotor is much thicker

Me personally I like the LT1 rears, you can fit a 15" drag wheel easier.

98-up will work on older stuff, however 97-back rear brakes will not work with a 1998-up. It has something to do with how the pressure is split in the proportioning block..I've actually tried it and found it to be true.

i realized that you can fit a 15" wheel on the LT1 rear brakes when looking at the spare tire witch is a 15 in the LT1 car and 16 in the LS1 car. didnt really think about set up for 15" drag wheels, but im probly never gonna do a set up like that. and if i did the 10bolt would break even faster lol

Now its been awhile since i did this, but i think what i did was cut hole out bigger for the ls1 plug and used all the ls1 fuel lines and fuel tank.
