Well I found the heart! g-body (project FINNISTER)
Ok, to start thank you for all those the I have messaged, and those that have replied to my other topics.
Background:
I have a 83 buick regal limited with the TBI 5.7, 700r4. It is a good running car, just no power.
I started looking at options. I found the EFI 5.3 truck engine swap. Original plan (5.3 / 700r4 / EFI / bigger cam).
After talking to a lot of you, most thought that the 4l60e would be better.
So, started thinking a complete drivetrain swap.
I fell into a guy that has a totaled 1998 Camaro Z-28. LS1 Auto, 177k but complete complete complete!!!!
So, I am going to get this tonight.
What other parts do I need to swap, to get it in my 83 Buick Regal.
I know from reading:
CTS-V pan
walbro 255
CTS-V fuel filter

Thank you both.....
I have been reading the thread, although it is almost like over load.
I have always swapped L67 supercharged engines. This is a little different, seeing as I am putting in something that has the same power as those stock.
