Default LS into a 57 Chevy Stepside.... how to?

I have a 57 Chevy short step and am wanting to put in an LS from a tahoe or truck with the transmission etc... I understand I will need the computer, tach, and foot feed pedal. Is there a build or write-up on this process that I am not finding? I was directed to this site by someone on the tri-five website. Thanks ya'all. J57

There's lots of info to be had here, but you prolly won't get any definitive answers as your question is too generic. Best chance is to search this particular forum for the specific terms that you are interested in.
