Fox mustang ls N/A swap, anyone using manifolds
Just wandering if anyone is using stock manfolds in a LS fox mustang swap? Maybe some pics if you are. I am trying to get my car up and running for right now without buying headers. I am hoping I can cut up the drivers side manifold and weld it back up to clear the steering shaft.

thats what i thought ... cut up a shorty header .... it is soooo much work its not even worth it , the headers are only 5-600 for long tubes and already has a path for the steering shaft

I'm planning on running 2010 camaro manifolds on mine to get the car running and see how I like it on spray. If I'm happy with it ill buy longtubes, if not I will flip the manifolds around and have a turbo kit built

Mine came with stock truck manifolds but the guy who did the swap cut the factory steering shaft and re-welded it at a different angle to get it to work. Just pay the money for the longtubes and do it right is my suggestion.
