I have a 2002 silverado with the 4.8 and I just bought a 6.0 out of a 2000 with iron heads my question is what heads are better to use the cast iron heads I also have a set of 862 heads off a 5.3 in the garage or should I use my 4.8 heads I am going to load them with a set for ls6 valve springs I have with 3k miles I just need to know what the best set of heads I have is and I plan on buying a bigger cam for it as well and spray the 4.8 with 75hp wet shot now that I plan on transferring

That 6.0L will not work with the 4l60e you have in your truck. The iron headed 6.0L had the longer crank flange. The torque converter will not bolt up to it the crank sticks out to far.

The iron heads are the same casting as the 317's on later 6.0L's. And will work fine. The biggest problem you will have is getting the 4l60e trans to work. Now that said you might as well get a 4l80e and swap it in as well. It will bolt right up to that 6.0L with a flat flex plate by removing the spacer. And some 243 heads and your good to go, you'll get lower CR and good heads.
