Default Vintage air questions

For those of you that have installed a vintage air system in your car I had a question?

I'm getting ready to mark my AC hose lengths and send them back to vintage air to get the ends crimped on. I have the hidden hose option for my camaro.

In the kit I got 8 rubber grommets, four pass through the kick area and the other four pass through the blower motor hole...with the plastic plates installed.

Were there any issues getting the hoses through these grommets after the ends were crimped? It's a tight fit as is and the hex fitting on the hose would seem like it would be difficult to get them through once they are crimped on both ends.

Just trying to forsee any issues before I send these back to be crimped up

Thanks in advance

Put the grommet on the rubber part of the hose, then slide the grommet into the hole.
