Same for FL where my Dad lives, guess they figure all the blue-hairs won't mess with enough to make a difference. I live in SETX (Beaumont area), all the emissions stations that were being hastily built under Clinton's last administration never opened - but we do have yearly safety inspections...

I think the average swap to a mustang ends up with 10-13k give or take from what I'm seeing depending on your motor.
Although I saw someone do it for under 5k I think?
But he did ALL of his own work and used junk yard parts out the ****!
