Default LM7 starts then dies

Went to start my wagon with the swapped 5.3l in it this morning and I can't get it to stay running. It cranks over and starts just fine, but dies within a second of starting. If I keep my foot on the gas a bit it will stay running, but as soon as I let off it dies. I've put about 500 miles on the swap and had it at the track this past weekend with zero issues. I had the same issue when I was bench testing the engine on the stand but figured it was one of my sensors that plugged in all the way. I had to hold the throttle open slightly for it to stay running. I'm leaning towards the IAC being it runs fine with my foot on the gas a little. Any way to test that before I pickup a new one? Thanks!

I had my MAP sensor fail.
Replaced it and would run real rich and had trouble keeping it running.
I had to flash my computer and all is fine.

When I got home from work I keyed it on and checked the codes, none set. After that it started right up and ran fine. I guess it's an intermittent problem. Checked all the hoses and wiggled the connectors with it running, couldn't find a problem. I'll have to find my fuel pressure gauge and make sure everything is good there too.
