L99 Lifter Replacement I did an engine swap using a 2010 L99 for a customer. After a couple of weeks the lifters are failing, Number 6 and 7. He wants them replaced with standard lifters and software with DOD turned off. Can this be done with only lifter change? Right now he doesn't care about performance.

The DOD cams are different from all the research I have done. It will run just swapping lifters, but it won't run right. Do a search for DOD or AFM delete. You have to do both cam and lifters to make it run right.
