My 96 trans am 5.3 swap I started with an auto 96 trans am and the car now has an L33 with a Z06 cam back by a t56 with ls7 clutch. I still need to do some tuning on the car, but it feel pretty good so far.
The day I picked her up
Out with the old and in with the new
The new converted harness
But first, a little firewall reinforcement
Now, back to the new
The new fuel pump (Bosch 044)
My coils and valve cover
Made the block look pretty (yes, I pained an aluminum block with aluminum colored paint to keep it looking new)
Ready to go in
And she one
The filter is a little close to the hood

New shoes
