Current Performance fuse block, need some help
I bought a used current performance fuse block and trying to figure out a the starter and AC relays coming off of it and their purpose.
http://www.currentperformance.com/sh...erelay-module/
Here's what I have, I am re-wring my stock 2004 5.3 harness (already modified) with this fuse block and not sure if I even need those wires. I have a Vintage air AC system installed on my 71 Camaro too.
AC relay (why would I need this?)
green wire - (AC compressor -going to ac relay)
Light blue (ac request - going to AC relay)
Starter Relay (why would I use this?)
Yellow / black - Cranking Signal (going to starter relay)
Thick purple - going to starter relay (I'm assuming this goes to the starter lug)

I belive that fuse box is very similar to the one i have from bp automotive
Yellow/black should be crank/signal wire. Probably a 18ga wire, should go to a 12v switched wire from your cars dash harness.
You may have a pink/blk wire too, this should have 12v. Constant
Yes "thick" 10 or 12ga wire should goto starter
A/c stuff not sure on as I deleted it all.
This off top of my head, someone please correct if wrong.

I'm using the stock style starter wiring that came on my AAW update harness. My ignition switch is stock too
ok, I'll go ahead and remove the AC feature. Doesn't look like I'll need it.
Thanks both of you
edit: Doing some research and it looks like I can install a vintage air trinary switch and use the AC request feature to power on my fans when the ac is turned on
