Question about adapting factory fox fuel lines to 5.3
I'm sticking to the return style setup and using adapters on the factory hard lines and also the 5.3 truck fuel rail lines. I think the only question I have remaining is... where the new hose will adapt back to the factory lines, will I need an angled fitting or straight? Or possibly a U-shaped fitting? I can't remember at what angle those stock lines come from underneath the car...plus the rail inlets are on the driver's side, so they'll have to go behind the engine.
Just wondering what everyone else has used to avoid the trial and error. I won't be able to see the car for a week or so, to get an idea.dum
Thanks in advance.

are you talking about the lines out of the sending unit? I answered on the corral and you said that was returnless and its not. I have used that setup for 12 years. Why not just buy a few fittings and see what fits best. The sending unit I used 1 straight, and 1 45. Not sure of the truck rails but on the LS1 LS6 intakes you can unbolt the fuel rail and flip it around if needed.

Not to Hi-Jack this thread, but here is the post from Bowtieford on the corral:
" LS1 Full Flow Fuel Filter Regulator Fittings in Line Full Flow 58 PSI | eBay
this is what i basically used. Just remember that fuel line (stock) is small so you might be limiting your potential for fuel flow.
fuel line isnt that expensive once your doing all this."
Now, my question is, the fuel filter is also a regulator set at 60psi, now what about the fuel rail? Does it have a return, or is it a return less setup? That's the part I dont understand.
Thanks.
