Question 1997 Chevy Astro LQ4 Swap, Low Power

I swap a 03 LQ4 4L80E NP262 into my 97 Astro 5 years and since then i been trying to figured out why it has no power at WOT. Cant seem to find a right answer on fuel pressure. ive tried different FPR no change, New Pump no change, New fuel rail and fuel filter and 25lb injectors still nothing.

Fuel pressure in the first video does exactly what I would expect it to, but no telling what it actually does at WOT. Can you mount it to the wiper arm and go drive it?

I didn't really notice anything abnormal about the second video. have you scanned it to see if it is pulling and timing due to knock or anything?

Isn't the psi supposed to be 58 at idle, as far as wot it jumps to 63. No kr. The second video when I hit it You can hear it kick up then stumble then I let off the throttle to about 75% then it hauls ***. In the first video you doesn't it sound like it has a hiccup here and there

My LS3 crate motor recommends a minimum constant of 60psi, I had to increase the bar 3.8 regulator on my car to a 4.0bar to get that with my fuel pump. Off topic, I've got a 2003 Astro van im thinking of LSing. Do you have a build thread or a recommendation of one to get some info?

E-bay, Look on your regulator and see what the Bar Number is, find one about 2-5 higher. Thanks for the link, should help. Better yet take a picture, if it's the same as mine, I've got a few, or you could buy an adjustable.
