It doesn't have one. Its an earlier block and does not have the factory provisions for one.

Can I ask a question about the banjo fittings on your transmission? Does the rear fitting have the long nipple on it to mate with the center support inside?

I bought it from someone else who had it spec'd for them. Its a 230/234 @.50 and 113+1 lobe sep, and I think around 610/619 lift.

It is longer to go into the center support. It was exactly the same length as the factory one I removed.

Got the new converter from Circle D. Went with a 258mm single disc 3600 stall to go with the 4L80E. Also got the motor mounts and took out the rubber bushing and installed polyurethane. Then bolted the trans to the engine and after removing the 350 yesterday I got the LS installed and bolted in today.

Holley (Toddoky) knocked it out of the park with the swap and fit and finish. It was a little more money, but everything literally bolted together. (Which normally can’t be said) I did the swap and was able to drop the engine and transmission in place, the first time! I can see where the Holley 4L80E trans cross member would be beneficial, with the stock one, it’s out of room to back up and the transmission hits it during install until you get it on the cross member. Meaning, it can’t come out with the transmission in place unless you do some cutting. Overall, very excited about the road ahead and getting this thing running and driving!

I’m glad to see the assembly process coming together for you as it was designed to.

Went and got some electric fans from the local pick and pull. These are Ford Freestyle fans (same as windstar) and also a PCM bracket.

I also grabbed as much of the wiring as I could, to include the relays. But they are wired together, not sure if it makes sense to use them in series with the Speartecb harness and dedicated fan relay or just eliminate them and wire directly to Speartech relay.

Well the relays work, and the fans work, but I cannot get them to work through the relay bus I pulled with it, they are all tied together, and even after grounding them and putting a switched 12 volt to them, I can hear the relays click over.......which means they are making contact and working, but some reason will not power up the fans. when I wire the fans directly to hot and ground, they work fine.

Here are some part numbers for power steering hoses that work great with the Corvette FEAD.

Cannot get the clearance that will be needed for the crossmember and transmission mount. It’s only about an inch. There’s no way a 2 plus inch mount will fit in here. That with the spacers under the cross member. Any help is appreciated

I was able to some massaging with some special tools........pry bar and using the trans, and was able to get a 2 inch poly mount in there, the part number no longer pulls up, but its a energy suspension. I was able to get it bolted to tranny and bolted to crossmember, just have to drill the holes in frame now.

What thickness trans mount is recommended for this set up?

Also went and got a A/C Compressor and mounts from a 2003 Silverado.........should have thought about it more, I'm running a Vette ACC drive........
