i am putting a LS3 in my 82 elco SS with automatic 700r4 trans. i see info about some kind of adapter needed and possibly some holes that need to be widened???? i need to know what flex plate to get and anything else to get this problem solved.thanks also is the flexplate bolt patters on a LS3 the same as an LS1??
