Fuel pump or relay won't turn on with ignition Pin 9 on the green connector doesn't have voltage but I do have voltage on pins 19,20,57,75 of the blue connector and continuity to ground on pins 1,24,27, and 40 of the blue connector.
Any ideas or thoughts??
