Default heads milled

I have a vrx3 cam 226/228 .585/.588 114 and a set of 243 heads. My question is what should I mill my heads down to for great performance? It's a 5.3

I made some similar choices lately. I'm no expert, but here's a resource that I found. Based on your intake duration, this calls for a 10.25:1, which would probably be a little under 243s without milling if I had to guess.

Not sure what your plans for the car, but mine will be a daily driver so keep compression in check for pump gas was also important for me.
