Default 5.3 and LS Oil Pan

Hey guys, I'm wanting to do a 5.3 swap on a car I have and it requires an altered oil pan, I want to know if the oil pan off of an LS series motor will bolt up to a 5.3.

Thanks guys.

Yes. they're almost all interchangeable.

Only the dry sump stuff gets iffy when interchanging.

Thanks for the input guys, one other thing. Will a t56 match up to a 5.3 without fabricating or adapter plates?
