Default cable speedo vss pin 50

i have a 69 chevelle with a 5.3 lm7 from a 2002 sierra with the harness and computer from the same truck. im running a 4 speed muncie m20 with the dakota digital sen4160 cable to electric adapter. i hooked up the black and grey wires from the dakota digital sensor to pins 20 and 21 from the red pcm connector. i am running the stock mechanical cable speedometer gauge. my question is about pin 50 vss output on the red connector. do i just leave that wire unhooked? i assume thats what i do, just didnt know if anyone running a cable speedo has dealt with this. thanks in advance.

Remove it,tape it off, seems like you have no need for it since you are using a mechanical speedo.
