It does'nt matter that the alt has 4 terminals you only need the 2 in the middle the lt gray and brown wires are all you need from your harness. When John from Speartech reworked my stock harness he removed the to outside wires, so only the 2 in the middle are being used.

OK here's an update. Holley bracket came in. Just posting for anyone looking for information in the future. The 2 wire alternator bolts right up just as you guys have mentioned. I did have to clock the 2wire alternator and get a different idler pulley for the holly bracket. I didn't care to splice into my new harness. I know it's not much work but trying to keep it clean.
