Thoughts on my LSX 454 Build
Had this LSX 454 in my Chevelle with the MSD system and Holley carb. Ive since taken the car down to nothing to do a proper overhaul. Ive decided to go EFI with the motor. Ive stripped it down and painted it. Started putting it back together. Decided to try holleys Sniper EFI Sheetmetal Intake and 102mm TB. The motor is back together and wired up. Going to add the headers and make sure there are no wiring issues with interference on the headers. Then going to drop it into the frame. Was just wanting to know everyones thoughts? Does it look nice? Does anyone think the Holley system was a bad idea? Also was wondering if I can do a distribution block for the starter and signal wire. Was wanting to run just the hot and signal wire 6-8in forward to a distribution block on the front of the engine that I can mount clean and out of the way. Then tie into that block from the other side with the signal wire coming from the cab and Hot wire coming from the trunk as thats where I put the Battery. Any thoughts or advice is much appreciated

Looks good, The only thing I would change if it were my engine would be to do remote mounted coils so those valve covers aren't covered up.
I run a Holley Dominator EFI and have been very happy with it.
Not my setup below but a good example.

Thanks, I kinda like the coils sitting up high. Kinda makes the motor look wider if that makes sense. Desperately trying to find and intake set up like the one in your pic where its splits off into two filters

It would be easy to have someone fab a custom set up for your application
