Just wanted to add this to folks that search for it. I decided to try this universal dipstick filler tube on the 87 mustang with a 6.0 in it and 4l60e trans.

I bought this from transtar. Manufacturer is fitzall with part# T74494U. Fits perfect on my car. Also only cost $29 and I Don’t have to fight with the Lokar unit not taking fluid.

Does the stock 4l60e filler tube not fit? I should be dropping in my 5.3 in the next few weeks. Right now I'm collecting parts to make the swap a direct bolt in. I might check this out if the stock one doesn't work with the foxbody.
