Default 78 vet conversion

I am thinking about putting a ls1 in a 1978 vett.Has anybody done this.Any idea's would help.

There is someone on corvette forum that has put an LS6 in a 1970 shark. Sorry I can not remember the exact details. If I remember I will post the link.

I finished up mine about a year ago and have had no problems. Here is the link for the conversion. CLICK HERE

You are going to need custom motor mounts, trans mount, electric radiator fans, modified wiring harness, electric fuel pump, new fuel lines, air intake of some kind, exhaust work to connect to the manifolds, various custom brackets, etc.
