So are you planning to get started on these soon? I'd like to have some by spring, but if not i'll have to make my own and i dont really want to deal with it.

I am finishing up a vette for a guy....should be within the next 3-4 weeks, then I can start on the thirdgen stuff. Is anyone interested in logtype manifolds or just the tube headers? Obviously if its made from stainless it will be a little pricey. I will start working on a set and then post some details.

I wouldn't be opposed to a log-type if it was 1) simple to make (to keep the costs down), & 2) sturdy enough to provide some support to a moderately-sized turbo. I've seen some builds that are using log-type manifolds & making some really good power...

Just my 2c...

A thick log type setup would be cost effective and more importantly last a lot longer in all conditions than the tube setup.

What kind of material would it be made from? Mild steel? It would be awesome if a crossover pipe and turbo flange was attached man, atleast if I get a set maybe for an extra charge you could do this for me???

if i didnt like my headers so much, and the rest of the dual 3" exhaust to match, i would have done this already. im thinking of a rear mount setup, but theres just not enough room for the pipes ive got and new ones to the front. i have manifolds that i cut the flanges off, and rolled the opening to a round 3"(it was kind of ovaled). i have some 3" stainless i was going to weld to them, so i can position the pipe wherever it needs to be. then put a flange for the turbo, and so on. i have the bmr kmember and a manual rack, so it helps a lot with room. and i have the s+p accessory setup where the ac is up on passenger, alt is up on driver. plenty of room for pipes to come forward, plenty of room for twins if i wanted.

im working on a t4 turbo pass. side hi mount
with remote wg, and x-over for use with factory exhaust manifold on driver side. looking to use a truck manifold on the driver side since they are plentiful, cheap, and can be picked up at just about any salvage yard nationally. it will be a manifold/log type piece.

passenger side will have turbo manifold being fed by driver side oem exhaust manifold and crossover.
im looking into c6 ls2 manifold, since i have set
but really concebtrating on using truck manifold, forthe system since they are inexpensive and readily available. the lower in price the better.
