Speartech harness question!

i just bought a speartech. Awesome harness btw. question is there are two wires for the tcc, purple and pink i believe. do those two wires need a brake switch between them? i know the tcc needs 12v when no brake and 0v when brake is pressed. there is only one wire factory so this is confusing the hell out of me. also this harness is for a 2000 5.3 with a 4l60e and there is no reverse lights wires?? i thought speartech harnesses came with reverse light wires??

I haven`t bought a speartech harness, but would bet that you need a brake switch between the purple and pink wires. The pink should be there to feed 12V + to the switch and the purple is the wire that goes back to the PCM.

On the reverse lights I dont know. I havent ever used that part of the harness on a conversion as I usually just use the factory reverse light wiring from the car.

The reverse light wire should be a light green one left loose in the harness. What year harness is it? You may not need it, depending on what car you're using the harness in.
