Accessory Drive question Can the LS2/LS7 G.M. #19155067 setup be used on an LS1? I am asking because My dads 65 Nova has nothing right now and we have to decide which GM kit will work better with his TCI front clip.
The vette, F body and truck accessories all run the belt a different distance from the block. You may need to replace the water pump and crank pulley to be compatible with that GM set of parts. The GM site says gen 4 only. Not sure what that means, but like I said once you strip the WP and crank pulley it should be compatible.
I can't imagine what that set must cost. The price of a pump and pulley will probably be small compared to everything else.
