Default Which to choose?

Hi, my name is Jake and im new to the forum, I have a 1977 chevy camaro which is currently undergoing a full resto. Right now im in the middle of deciding on a power plant and the ls series engines are looking very good. But i having a hard time finding out exactly what i want and what to get it from. I am thinking either the 6.0 or 5.7 litre engines. Would this be a good choice, i don't want to stroke it so what would be the advantage/ disadvatage between the two? As far as i know these motors are the same except for displacement? Also what car/truck would these motors be available in. Thanks a bunch, Jake
